Female High Performance Pathways

SACA Pathway programs across male and female programs are bespoke to each group; however, we share an overarching goal of providing high-quality match opportunities and expert coaching to our most talented athletes at some of the best facilities in global cricket, including Adelaide Oval and our Park 25 precinct.

Our pathways are designed to develop players for underage Australian, domestic, and international opportunities. The approach we take is outlined below:

• Intentional in providing bespoke and holistic programs to support player development.
• Embed underage competitions within SACA Premier Cricket and Clubs to provide players the opportunity thrive against peer groups.
• Exposing players with First Class potential to National Carnivals.
• Aligned State Pathway programs to service the needs of Senior squads, W/BBL and future National opportunities.
• Whilst juggling the cricket skills, we care, and we teach the game.
• We are striving to developing holistic cricketers with a wide range of skills that will last a lifetime and set them up to navigate life in and beyond cricket.
