Batter
The nephew of former Australia allrounder Ian Harvey, Mackenzie Harvey is a swashbuckling left-handed batter and gun fielder.
After scoring 136 against Pakistan’s Under-19 side as a 17-year-old, it was inevitable that Harvey would represent feature at the Under-19 World Cup in 2020, which he did, playing all six matches.
Harvey had already made his debut for Victoria by this point, scoring 22 off 25 against Western Australia in the JLT Cup.
An electric fielder, Harvey has regularly been drafted into the Australian squad as a sub fielder for international matches.
Harvey will play with South Australia for the 2024-25 campaign.
