New faces added to South Australia's squad for Sheffield Shield clash with WA

South Australia have named their 12-man squad for their Sheffield Shield game against Western Australia.

The day-night game kicks off on Saturday, November 22 at Adelaide Oval.

There are four changes from the squad compared to the 12-named to face Tasmania last week.

Conor McInerney, Harry Nielsen and Lloyd Pope all return to the fold after a week away, while Hanno Jacobs also receives a call-up. The 24-year-old is looking to play his second Shield game of the season.

In our last four-day outing, SA defeated Tasmania in a thriller to claim a three-wicket victory in Hobart thanks to important performances by Liam Scott and Ben Manenti.

Alex Carey, Brendan Doggett and Travis Head are all on international duty for The Ashes, while Nathan McAndrew has been managed.

Squad of 12: Jordan Buckingham, Henry Hunt, Hanno Jacobs, Jake Lehmann, Ben Manenti, Conor McInerney, Nathan McSweeney (C), Harry Nielsen, Lloyd Pope, Jason Sangha, Liam Scott, Henry Thornton.
