After defeating them in Saturday’s One-Day Cup Final, South Australia will come up against Victoria once again, this time in Sheffield Shield.
The squad will travel to Melbourne for this week’s match held at CitiPower Centre starting on Thursday, March 6. SA and Victoria sit first and fourth on the Shield ladder, respectively, meaning a win or draw for SA will bring them one step closer to securing a home Sheffield Shield Final. The squad remains unchanged from their previous Shield clash against Tasmania at Adelaide Oval which saw SA secure a 87-run win.
Coverage of the game will be live on Kayo Sports and cricket.com.au, with the first ball bowled at 10:00am (ACDT).
Squad of 12: Jordan Buckingham, Brendan Doggett, Henry Hunt, Jake Lehmann, Ben Manenti, Nathan McAndrew, Connor McInerney, Nathan McSweeney (c), Harry Nielsen, Lloyd Pope, Jason Sangha and Liam Scott.
