  • How to Reset Your Password

    1. When accessing the Member Portal for the first time, you will need to reset your Password. To do this, navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/reset-password.

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number into the field.

    Note, your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email.

    3. Enter your surname

    4. Click "Send Email".

    5. The email will be sent to the email address registered on your SACA Member account. Upon receiving the email, click "Reset Password" or on the link provided in the Email.

    6. Enter a new password. Your password must contain all of the following:

    • 14 or more characters
    • Upper and lower case
    • A number
    • A special character from ()!@#$%^&*

    7. Click "Save Password"

    8. You will be redirected to a login page. Enter your newly created password and click "Log In".

  • How to Renew / Accept your Membership Online

    1. You can renew or accept your Membership offer after resetting your password and logging in for the first time.

    If you would like to renew or accept your Membership at another time, navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au and login with your eight-digit Member Number and Password.

    2. Click “Purchase Your Membership” or "Menu - Renew / Accept".

    3. Select the tick box next to your Membership type (i.e. Full Membership).

    If you are accepting a new Member offer, the tick box next to Entrance Fee will automatically select (for Full and Country offers).

    4. Select if you want to purchase an optional Transferable Associate Card or not.

    Note, Transferable Associate Cards are sold subject to availability.

    5. If you would like to pay for another Member, you can do so at this point. You can add up to three additional Members within your transaction.

    Navigate to “Pay For Another Member” and click “Search”.

    Enter the other Member’s eight-digit Member Number.

    Enter the surname of the other Member.

    Click “Search for the Member”.

    The Member with the corresponding Member Number and surname should be returned. Once verified that it is the correct Member, click "Add Member”.

    Select the tick box next to Membership type and select whether or not the Member wants to purchase a Transferable Associate Card or not (sold subject to availability).

    Repeat this process to pay for another Member. You can pay for up to three Members in addition to your own Membership Fees within the one transaction.

    6. Before submitting payment, you have the option to add a donation to the SACA Community Fund (administered through the Australian Sports Foundation). You can select a nominated amount or enter a custom amount.

    7. Your total payment amount will display on the right of the screen. Click "Submit" to proceed to payment.

    8. Fill in your credit card information.

    Note, we currently accept Visa and Mastercard only.

    9. You have the option to save your card to opt in for auto-renewal for the following 2026/27 season prior to submitting your payment. You can update this preference at any time within the Member Portal.

    To finalise your payment, select "Pay Now".

  • How To Pay for Another Member

    The new Member Portal includes a convenient feature that allows you to pay for multiple Members in a single transaction using one credit card. You can choose to pay for additional Members at the same time as your own Membership payment, or complete their payments at a later time.

    You can pay for up to four Memberships within one transaction.

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number and Password and then click “Log in”.

    3. Click "Menu" (top right of the screen) and select “Renew / Accept”.

    4. If you have already paid for your own Membership renewal/offer, your fees will display as Paid.

    If you are paying for your Membership at this time, select the tick box next to your Membership type (i.e. Full Membership) and select if you want to purchase an optional Transferable Associate Card or not (subject to availability).

    If you are accepting a new Member offer, the tick box next to Entrance Fee will automatically select (for Full and Country offers).

    5. To search for another Member, navigate to “Pay For Another Member” and click “Search”.

    6. Enter the other Member’s eight-digit Member Number.

    7. Enter the surname of the other Member.

    8. Click "Search for Member"

    9. The Member with the corresponding Member Number and surname should be returned. Once verified that it is the correct Member, click "Add Member

    10. Select the tick box next to Membership type and select whether or not the Member wants to purchase a Transferable Associate Card or not (sold subject to availability).

    11. Repeat steps 5-10 to pay for another Member. You can pay for up to four Members within the one transaction (including your own Membership).

    12. Your total payment amount will display on the right of the screen. Click "Submit" to proceed to payment.

    13. Fill in your credit card information.

    Note, we currently accept Visa and Mastercard only.

    14. You have the option to save your card to opt in for auto-renewal for the following 2026/27 season prior to submitting your payment. You can update this preference at any time within the Member Portal.

    To finalise your payment, select "Pay Now".

    15. Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to a Thank You page and will receive a payment confirmation to your nominated email address.

  • You will need your eight-digit Member Number to log in to the Member Portal. Your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email.

    If you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the steps below to request it via the Member Portal. 

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/ 

    2. Click "Find your Member Number". 

    3. Click "Request Member Number" on the pop-up box. 

    4. Enter your first name. 

    5. Enter the Email address registered on your SACA Member account. 

    6. Enter your Date of Birth. 

    7. Click "Send Email". 

    8. The email will be sent to the email address registered on your SACA Member account, displaying your Member Number as well as a login button and link. 

    Click “Login”. 

    Upon clicking the link, you will be redirected to a log in page with your Member Number pre-populated. Enter your password. 

    Note, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” You can also follow the User Guide titled, ‘How to Reset Your Password’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    9. Click "Log in". 

  • The new Member Portal offers the flexibility to add a Transferable Associate Card either during your Membership payment or at a later time, making it easier to manage your Membership benefits when it suits you. 

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/ 

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number. Your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email.  

    Note, if you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the User Guide titled, ‘Request Member Number’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    3. Enter your Password. 

    Note, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” You can also follow the User Guide titled, ‘How to Reset Your Password’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    4. Click "Log in". 

    5. Click "Menu". 

    6. Click "Renew / Accept". 

    7. Select the button next to "Transferable Associate Card". 

    Note, Transferable Associate Cards are sold subject to availability.

    8. Your total payment amount will display on the right of the screen. Click "Submit" to proceed to payment. 

    9. Fill in your credit card information and select “Pay Now”. 

    Note, we currently accept Visa and Mastercard only. 

    10. Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to a Thank You page and will receive a payment confirmation to your nominated email address. 

  • How To Make a Donation

    Members can make a donation to the SACA Community Fund at any time. The Fund is administered through the Australian Sports Foundation, ensuring your contribution directly supports SA Cricket initiatives. 

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number. Your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email. 

    Note, if you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the User Guide titled, ‘Request Member Number’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions).

     

    3. Enter your Password.  

    Note, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” You can also follow the User Guide titled, ‘How to Reset Your Password’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

     

    4. Click "Log in" 

     

    5. If you have not yet renewed or accepted your Membership, click “Purchase Your Membership” or "Menu - Renew / Accept". 

    6. Scroll down to "Make an Optional Donation". 

    7. You can select a nominated amount from the displayed options, or enter a custom amount in the field “$ Other Amount”. 

    To enter a custom amount, enter the specific amount. 

    8. You can clear the specified value by clicking "Clear". 

    9. The donation amount will display on the right of the screen as a non-taxable amount. Click "Submit" to proceed to payment. 

    10. Fill in your credit card information and select "Pay Now". 

    Note, we currently accept Visa and Mastercard only. 

    11. Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to a Thank You page and will receive a payment confirmation to your nominated email address. 

  • You can log in to the Member Portal at any time to view the status of your Membership payment. Once logged in, your account will clearly indicate whether your Membership has been paid for the current season. 

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/ 

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number. Your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email. 

    Note, if you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the User Guide titled, ‘Request Member Number’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    3. Enter your Password. 

    Note, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” You can also follow the User Guide titled, ‘How to Reset Your Password’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    4. Click "Log in" 

    5. Go to Menu. 

    6. Click "Renew / Accept". 

    7. You will be redirected to the “Make A Payment” page. If you have already purchased a Membership, then “Current Member” will display alongside your name. The season the Membership is linked to will also display next to the Membership type. 

    8. If you are yet to purchase a Membership, then “Pending” will display alongside your name. The season the Membership is linked to will also display next to the Membership type. 

    9. If you are yet to purchase a Membership and the Late Fee now applies, then “Overdue” will display alongside your name. The season the Membership is linked to will also display next to the Membership type. 

  • You can update your personal information at any time via the SACA Member Portal. Editable details include your prefix, suffix, email address, mobile number, address and password. 

    For any other changes to your personal information, please contact Member Services directly or complete the relevant form available on the SACA website here.  

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/ 

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number. Your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email. 

    Note, if you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the User Guide titled, ‘Request Member Number’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions).

    3. Enter your Password. 

    Note, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” You can also follow the User Guide titled, ‘How to Reset Your Password’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    4. Click "Log in" 

    5. Go to Menu. 

    6. Click “Your Account”. 

    7. You will be redirected to the “Your Account” details page. To begin editing your details, click "Edit your details". 

    8. You can update or add your Prefix, Suffix, Email and Mobile. 

    9. Click "Save your changes". 

    10. To update your Address, select "Edit your details" within the Address section. 

    11. Update your details. 

    12. Click "Save your changes". 

    13. To change your password, click "Change your password" within the Security section. 

    14. Click the "Enter a new password" field and enter a new password. Your password must contain all of the following: 

    • 14 or more characters 
    • Upper and lower case 
    • A number 
    • A special character from ()!@#$%^&* 

     

    15. Click "Save your changes". 

  • You can securely store multiple payment cards within the SACA Member Portal. This feature provides flexibility and convenience, including the option to enable auto-renewal for your Membership in the following season. 

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/ 

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number. Your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email. 

    Note, if you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the User Guide titled, ‘Request Member Number’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    3. Enter your Password. 

    Note, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” You can also follow the User Guide titled, ‘How to Reset Your Password’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions). 

    4. Click "Log in" 

    5. Go to Menu. 

    6. Click "Saved Cards". 

    7. If there is an existing payment card saved on the account, you can remove it by clicking "Remove". 

    8. If a payment card has not been previously saved on the account, you can add one under “Add a Card”. 

    Note, we currently accept Visa and Mastercard only. 

    9. Enter the payment card details and click "Add Card". 

    10. The saved payment card will display. You can add multiple payment cards by clicking "Add New Card". 

    11. Enter the payment card details for the second card and click "Add Card".

    12. The saved payment card will display. You have the option to a default card for payments by clicking "Set as Default" against the nominated card. 

    13. Once a payment card is added and set to Default, you then have the ability opt in for auto-renewal for the following season. 

    To do this, click "Menu - Auto Renew" or "Manage Auto-Renewal” on the homepage. 

    14. You will now be redirected to the “Auto-Renew” page. Here you can turn the Auto-Renew toggle on/off depending on your preference. 

  • This guide outlines the process for deferring a SACA Membership offer for individuals aged 10 to 14 years as at 1 September of the Membership Year.

    Individuals in this age group are eligible to defer their SACA Membership offer. By choosing to defer, the waitlist position will be preserved, and the Membership will be re-offered upon reaching age 15. If no action is taken, the offer will be automatically deferred by SACA.

    Please note: If an individual is 15 years or older as at 1 September of the Membership Year and chooses not to accept the Membership offer, the offer will be cancelled by the SACA Board in accordance with the SACA Constitution and By-Laws.

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number. Your Member Number can be found at the top of any Membership offer email.

    Note, if you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the User Guide titled, ‘Request Member Number’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions).

    3. Enter your Password.

    Note, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” You can also follow the User Guide titled, ‘How to Reset Your Password’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions).

    4. Click "Log in".

    5. Click “Purchase Your Membership” or "Menu - Renew / Accept".

    6. If you are eligible to defer your Membership offer, the “Defer offer” button will display.

    To defer the offer, click the “Defer offer” button.

    7. The following confirmation page will display.

    8. Click "Defer My Membership"

    9. A confirmation box will then display. Click “Continue”.

    10. You will be redirected back to the “Make A Payment” page and “Waitlist Deferred" will display alongside your name.

    You will now have the option to purchase a SACA Big Bash Junior Membership for the upcoming season. To do this, select the box next to the Membership type and follow the prompts to make payment.

    If you do not wish to purchase a SACA Big Bash Membership, no further action is required, and “Deferred Member” will display against your name on the Portal homepage.

    Note, your Junior Membership will be re-offered again upon reaching 15 years of age. If you wish to take up the deferred offer before the age of 15 you can do so by contacting SACA Member Services.

  • You can update and manage your Email communication preferences within the SACA Member Portal.

    1. Navigate to https://membership.saca.com.au/

    2. Enter your eight-digit Member Number. Your Member Number is located on the back of your Member Card. It can also be found at the top of any Membership renewal / offer email.

    Note, if you are unable to locate your Member Number, follow the User Guide titled, ‘Request Member Number’ at https://www.saca.com.au/membership/portal-instructions).

    3. Enter your Password.

    4. Click "Log in".

    5. Click Menu

    6. Click "Communication"

    7. Click "Change your preferences".

    8. You will be redirected to the “SACA Member Email Preferences” page to make changes.
