The South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) is working with insideEDGE Sport and Leisure Planning to deliver an updated South Australian Cricket Infrastructure Strategy (SACIS) to guide the development of cricket facilities across the state for the next five years (2025–2030).
The updated strategy will identify priority projects and strategic directions to support the growth of cricket at all levels — from grassroots to high-performance — and ensure that facilities continue to meet the evolving needs of the cricket community.
The project builds on the original SACIS and will incorporate the latest data on participation, population growth, and facility provision. It will also align with national strategies, government priorities, and the new SACA regional structure.
Consultation with our local government partners, associations, community clubs, premier cricket and other stakeholder groups will occur in July and August, with the updated strategy due for completion on the eve of the 2025/26 season.
