The Representative (Level 2) Coaching Program is designed for people coaching players or teams at a representative level or pathway programs. The program will extend your skills as a coach, learning how to progress players to enhance their skills and reach their goals.
Coaches must complete the "Advanced Community Coaching Modules" online before submitting an Expression of Interest to a Representative program.
Your state/territory conducts the four day face to face program and topics covered include:
- Coach Approach
- Developing players
- Identifying talent
- Exploring coaching philosophies
- Technicalities of scoring runs and taking wickets
- Principles of teaching and learning
- Coaching safely
