|23/8/2021||7:30pm||Mental Skills||David Steventon||Mental skills are often spoken about in sport, but many coaches are reluctant to delve into this are due to a lack of confidence and/or knowledge. In this session David (Port Adelaide FC Mindset Coach) will share strategies coaches may use in the areas of goal setting and visualisation.
