SACA BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION – VOTING IS OPEN
Following the nominations process for the 2026 South Australian Cricket Association Limited (SACA) election, SACA has received five (5) nominations for three (3) Member Elected Director positions on the SACA Board. In accordance with SACA’s Constitution, an election is required to determine these positions.
VOTING NOW OPEN
Voting opens at 9.00AM (ACST) on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 and will close at 5:00PM (ACST) on Friday, 18 September 2026.
VOTING GUIDANCE
In accordance with SACA’s Constitution, the SACA Nominations Committee has published guidance to SACA Members in relation to the 2026 candidates, having regard to the overall skill set, experience and diversity required to achieve a balanced, fit for purpose Board to oversee the delivery of SACA’s strategic objectives and operational plan by the Chief Executive Officer. You will also need your SACA Member Number. To locate your SACA Member Number please refer to your most recent renewal notice or contact SACA Member Services on 08 8300 3232 or membership@saca.com.au.
The following categories of SACA Members are eligible to vote: Full Members, Country Members, Life Members, Honorary Life Members, Tenured Members, Honorary-Services Rendered Members, Premier Cricket Committee Members and Adult Reserved Seat Members.

BALLOT RESULTS
Following the close and counting of the ballot, the candidates will be informed of the election outcome before SACA’s Chief Executive Officer, Charlie Hodgson, announces the outcome to SACA Members and the public. The total number of votes cast and the election result will be formally declared at the 2026 SACA Annual General Meeting.

2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of SACA will be held in the William Magarey Room, Level 3, Riverbank Stand at Adelaide Oval on Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 6:00pm (ACST).
