Why is SACA enhancing the Members’ Area and increasing the Member base?
In anticipation of consistent, world-class international fixtures in upcoming years, and in response to historically strong attendances by SACA Members, we are excited to deliver an enhanced Members’ experience through upgraded facilities. As part of this exciting growth, we will be increasing our Member base (which is already the largest cricketing Membership in the world) for the first time since the Adelaide Oval redevelopment.
This growth will allow us to further our reputation as one of the best venue for international and domestic cricket, provide Members with an even greater environment to enjoy the action and enable more fans access to the most prestigious and valuable sporting Membership in the world.
Where will the increased Members' seating be located?
In addition to Members' seating in the western stand and Level 3 of the Riverbank Stand, seating will also include sections of the Level 5 Riverbank Stand during International matches.
We know Members have different preferences for where they like to sit and view the cricket from. By expanding the options for seating in the Riverbank Stand, Members will have more choice than ever with increased access to the most premium seating at Adelaide Oval.
I am already a SACA Member, why am I hearing about the waitlist?
In recognition of our SACA Members’ commitment and dedication to international cricket in South Australia, existing SACA Members have a priority period to refer their friends and family to join the waitlist ahead of the general public.
Existing SACA Members have the opportunity to refer new waitlist applications and receive $20 off their 2024/25 Membership Subscriptions Fees for each new Member they refer. The waitlist applicant will secure their offer for the upcoming summer of cricket and will also receive $20 off their 2024/25 Membership Subscription Fee upon acceptance of their offer.

I am a current SACA Member, how do I refer my friends?
Simply share the exclusive Members only link to join the waitlist with your friends and family, and make sure they know your SACA Member number so they can nominate you as their Member referrer!

A Member can have multiple referrals and will be credited up to their full value of their 2024/24 Membership Subscription Fees. This offer is only off 2024/25 Membership Subscription Fees and cannot be credited towards Absentee Fees.
I am already on the waitlist; will I be receiving an offer?
Eligible waitlisted Members, who are on the waitlist prior to 15 May 2024, should have received communication from SACA via email regarding their offer for Membership. If you have not – please check your junk mail or contact Member Services.

Eligible waitlist Members who joined the waitlist after the 15 May 2024, will receive an offer for Membership between June and October 2024.
What happens once I've lodged my application form?
You will be sent an email acknowledging your waitlist application. Membership offers for the upcoming season will be emailed between June and October 2024. Please ensure your contact details are kept up-to-date. You can update your contact details here.
If you were referred by an existing SACA Member, and you nominated their information at the time of your waitlist application, you will receive $20 discount on your Membership Subscription Fees for the 2024/25 season, if you are eligible for an offer (over the age of 10), when you accept and pay for your Membership.
Are there any ongoing waitlist fees?
No, the waitlist fee is a once of fee and no further payment is required until you are offered SACA Membership.
What fees are applicable on joining as a SACA Member?
Once you receive an offer of Membership, a once-off $320 Entrance Fee plus an annual Membership Subscription Fee. The Entrance Fee is waived for Junior Members.
Membership Subscription Fees for the 2024/25 Membership season are:
Full Membership Subscription Fee - $415
Country Membership Subscription Fee - $360
Junior Membership Subscription Fee - $230
Do I have to take up the SACA Membership in the year I receive my offer?
Applicants aged 15 years and over:
If you choose not to accept the offer of SACA Membership, your Membership offer will be cancelled and your name will not be added to the end of the waitlist. You will be required to re-apply to the waitlist if you wish to receive another Membership offer in the future.
Applicants aged 10-14 years:
If you choose not to accept the offer of SACA Membership your waitlist position will be preserved and you will be re-offered at age 15. If you wish to take up the deferred offer before the age of 15 you can do so by contacting SACA. Please note that if you were referred by an existing SACA Member during the Member referral promotional period, the $20 discount on Membership Subscription Fee discount cannot be deferred and is only applicable to 2024/25 Season Membership fees.
Applicants under 10-years-old are not eligible for an offer of membership until they turn 10 years of age.
