SACA Member Guest Information
SACA Member Guest Information
Welcome to the Ashes Christmas Test at Adelaide Oval!
You’ve been invited to experience one of cricket’s most iconic events as a guest of a SACA Member. To help you make the most of your day and enjoy everything SACA Membership has to offer, we’ve prepared this guide. It covers everything you need to know before arriving at the Oval, so you can relax and focus on enjoying the cricket.
SACA Member and Cricket Etiquette
To ensure fairness and enjoyment for everyone, we ask that all guests respect a few important behaviours that make a day at the cricket more enjoyable. These include limiting movement during play, avoiding mobile phone use that may distract other patrons, and complying with all Conditions of Entry. For the complete list of Member Etiquette, please visit our information page here.
SACA Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests. Any breach of terms and conditions or incidents involving a guest may result in penalties for the Member. These penalties can include suspension of membership, which means losing access to all Member benefits, including entry to the cricket, for a specified period.
Members' Area Dress Standards
The SACA Members’ Area at Adelaide Oval is a special place. While fashions have evolved over the years, the tradition remains the same: it is a space to celebrate the occasion by dressing appropriately.
We kindly ask all Members and their guests to review the dress standards before attending the cricket to ensure a smooth experience at the gates. SACA reserves the right to refuse entry to any Member or guest if their attire is deemed unsuitable. These standards apply to all patrons aged ten years and over.
Please take a moment to review the guidelines here, noting that the Ashes requires dress aligned with cricket match day standards.
SACA Member Card
As a guest of a SACA Member, you will enter the Members’ Area by scanning the red Transferable Associate Card. The SACA Member Card is strictly for use by the Member only and cannot be shared. Please ensure that your red Transferable Associate Card is visible at all times when entering and moving within the Members’ Area. Random spot checks will take place throughout the day to ensure compliance with this policy. If a breach occurs, the Member may face penalties, including suspension of their membership.
More information on the misuse of SACA Member Cards can be found here.
