Tegan McPharlin

Reliable wicketkeeper Tegan McPharlin is one of the most experienced and respected leaders in the Scorpions squad.

After a couple of lean summers with the bat, McPharlin’s form improved dramatically in 2018-19, with the middle-order batter producing a high score of 69.

McPharlin’s quick glovework and vocal presence behind the stumps is valuable in the side, with the former captain leading from the front, on and off the pitch.

Born and bred in Balaklava, McPharlin’s dedication and love for cricket is undeniable, travelling several times a week to Adelaide Oval to train with the squad.
