The rookie-listed West End Redbacks pair will travel to Perth to take on the tourists in the clash at Richardson Park on 9-10 December.

Cormack, 20, was selected in CA’s squad for the first two tour matches in Adelaide and Townsville but was not included in the final playing XI.

The promising off-spinner earned his first Redbacks rookie contract earlier this year and featured in four matches during the Redbacks’ JLT One-Day Cup campaign.

Right-handed batsman Winter continues to impress with South Australia’s Futures League team and at Premier League level with Glenelg.

The 20-year-old made an unbeaten 116 in South Australia’s Futures League opener against Queensland in October and scored back-to-back half-centuries against Victoria .

Winter also made 108* to spearhead Glenelg’s seven-wicket win over Southern District in round three of the West End One-Day Cup.

The 12-man squad, selected by CA’s Youth Selection Panel, features four players from Tasmania, three from Western Australia and Victoria alongside the two SA youngsters.

Four members of the squad - Victoria’s Travis Dean and Sam Harper, plus Tasmania’s Jake Doran and Gabe Bell - have played JLT Sheffield Shield cricket this season.

The team will be coached by National Specialist Skills Program spin coach and Queensland Bulls assistant coach John Davison, with former Australia opening batsman Chris Rogers as his assistant.
