They picked up two wins and a draw from their five matches and their superior points ratio sees them qualify for the Quarter Final against Northern Territory at Kangaroo Bay Oval.

SA first claimed a stirring 11-run win against Victoria Metro, followed by a dominant nine-wicket victory against Tasmania which proved enough for progression.

In their last match Cricket Australia XI bowlers Ollie Davies (4-19) and Matthew Willans (3-21) helped their side post a six-wicket win against South Australia. The duo combined as SA were all out for 67.

Redbacks rookie Lloyd Pope snared 4-13 for South Australia, but an unbeaten 33 from Mackenzie Harvey saw the CA XI come out on top.

The Quarter Final will take place on Tuesday, 12 December.
