Pope was fierce with the ball, dismissing five of the top six batters, while Eagle Brooke Harris who batted at number four, finished on an unbeaten 36.
Left-armer Pope took an incredible 5/10 off four overs, with West Torrens completing their 20 overs on just 9/79.
Bridget Patterson (32 not out) and Eliza Doddridge (39) got Kensington over the line within 12 overs.
Southern District’s Kylie Rattray showed her power with the bat, smashing 38 off 23 balls, supported solidly by Selina Solman (29).
A total of 112 was not enough for the Stingrays however, as Northern Districts’ Sam Betts belted 45 not out, continuing her fantastic run of form with the bat.
In a tight finish, the Jets surpassed the Stingrays’ 112 with just two balls to spare.
Port Adelaide’s Ramanpreet Kaur worked hard at the crease, making 29, however with key player Amanda-Jade Wellington dismissed for a duck, the Magpies only reached 4/65.
Sturt’s Annie O’Neil shone, compiling an unbeaten 43 from just 25 balls, with fellow opener Amelia Rault making 18 not out.
Sturt reached the required total after eight overs, no wickets down.
