Travis Head and Alex Carey played in the opening game of the series in Perth on Sunday and could be joined on their home ground by leg-spinner Adam Zampa.

Head has made 128 and 96 in his previous two ODI innings at Adelaide Oval, while it will be Carey’s first national appearance at Adelaide Oval.

Australia men’s ODI captain Aaron Finch wants his squad to focus solely on snapping a seven-game ODI losing streak.

Finch is hopeful Shaun Marsh will be declared fit to return after missing last Sunday’s game in Perth and he said selectors would also consider playing a spinner in Adelaide.
