The Boomerangs (men) started strong with a 53-run win over Victoria, mostly thanks to Jack Coppins (4/14), Luke Trudgett (28) and Zac Chapman (26).

The men were not able to clinch another win the rest of the week however, especially after two days of wet weather arrested their momentum.

The Boomerangs finished in fifth place out of seven teams with Ayden McGregor Baptista leading SA for runs, while Jack Coppins took the most wickets for the tournament.

The Desert Peas (women) struggled throughout the week, unfortunately losing three from three and finishing in fifth place out of six sides.

Anita Silva made the most runs for her side and Febi Mansell led SA for wickets.

Two days of matches were abandoned due to wet weather, affecting all divisions.
