McPharlin led the Jets to a formidable 330, with her side then dismissing Southern District for 169, largely thanks to a superb 5/29 from allrounder Tabatha Saville.
Saville was not the only player to take a five-wicket haul for the round, with Kensington’s Sarah Lowe collecting an incredible 5/3, helping to bundle out Port Adelaide for a lowly 44 runs.
Eliza Doddridge (26) completed the bulk of the chase - the Browns reaching the required total inside 12 overs.
Another quick match between West Torrens and Sturt saw the Eagles remove Sturt for 70, then chase the total in under 21 overs.
The Eagles’ Angela Treloar (38) was the standout with the bat, while Brooke Harris (West Torrens, 3/22) and Dani Ransley (Sturt, 3/24) took three scalps each.
Semi-finals will take place next weekend with Northern Districts, West Torrens, Kensington and Sturt all securing a place.
