McGrath’s century was strongly supported by captain Jess Joseph’s unbeaten 51, with the skipper also collecting 4/49, after taking an incredible six scalps last weekend.
Brooke Harris and Ellie Falconer took three wickets each; the West Torrens duo helping Joseph dismiss the Stingrays for 122.
Kensington pace bowlers Katelyn Pope and Eliza Doddridge combined to clean up Sturt, taking four and five wickets respectively, while Doddridge also made 48 runs earlier in the day.
Sturt’s Alex Price attempted to create some resistance, executing the best all-round performance for her side, with 27 runs and a tidy 3/16 from 10 overs.
Northern Districts’ openers Tegan McPharlin (33 not out) and Britt Perry (39 not out) chased down Port Adelaide’s miserly 81 within 16 overs, while Darcie Brown (3/12) and Katie Rowe (2/0) did the most damage with the ball for the Jets.
