Three South Australian teams made it through to the finals, however none managed to progress beyond the preliminary final.

The 13 & Under Red Boys, 14 & Under Girls and 17 & Under Girls all finished the tournament in the top four, while the 15 & Under Boys and 17 & Under Boys both failed to reach the finals.

A successful week for the 13 & Under Red Boys saw them win six games and lose just two throughout the minor rounds, placing them third heading into finals.

A loss in the semi-final against WA however, put an end to SA Red’s 2019 campaign.

The 14 & Under Girls defeated Queensland in the semi-final after being beaten by Queensland during the minor rounds, just two days prior.

A tough preliminary final against New South Wales Metro however, saw SA go down 88-113.

In the 17 & Under Girls division, SA finished fourth with six wins and three losses, but went on to lose a close semi-final 88-96 to Queensland.
