For smooth and easy access to Adelaide Oval for the Test Match, we strongly advise that you download your Test Match and BBL tickets to your mobile phone prior to match day.
Please note, Membership cards will not be issued this season due to the health regulations which stipulates that every person who attends a day’s play must have an allocated seat. Instead, you will use the electronic Ticketek entry ticket for each match day you are attending.
Where is my ticket?
If you redeemed your own Member ticket via your Ticketek account, you would have received:
- an SMS from Ticketek with a link to your ticket(s), and
- a confirmation email from Ticketek, which includes a link to your ticket(s) at the bottom of the page.
You can also download the Ticketek App for quick access to your ticket(s). If another person has redeemed your ticket through their Ticketek account please ask that person to share your ticket with you.
I redeemed tickets for a group of Members. How do I share the tickets with the other Members?
The quickest and easiest way to share tickets is via the Ticketek App. All recipients will need a Ticketek Account to successfully receive the tickets. Click here for further instructions.
How do I use my ticket on match day?
Open the ticket on your mobile phone via the SMS, email or Ticketek App. Proceed to an entry gate at Adelaide Oval and scan your ticket at the turnstile. Click here for further instructions.
I don't have a mobile phone - how do I access the match?
Please take a copy of your confirmation email to the Ticketek window on match day for assistance. The Ticketek windows will be open from 10am each day of the Test Match and are located at the Southern Plaza, eastern gate and northern gate.
I haven't received any / all of the tickets via SMS
Before contacting us or Ticketek, please download the Ticketek App which gives you quick access to your ticket(s).
If this is still not working, please complete the online form here to submit a request for Ticketek to resend the SMS.
