SACA PlayHQ Roadshow dates and locations
For Season 2022/23 all South Australian Cricket Clubs and Associations will make the transition from MyCricket to PlayHQ.
To help in this transition the SACA will be holding workshops in Adelaide and regional South Australia throughout June and July. Clubs are strongly encouraged to register via the below link for up to 2 members of your club to take part in a PlayHQ Club Starter Session at a location of your choice. This will be a practical workshop session where clubs will:
- Learn the fundamentals of PlayHQ
- Set up your Club's details for 2022/23 competitions
- Invite other administrators to the platform
- Create 2022/23 registrations forms
- Learn the end-to-end registration process for a participant
All locations are open to any club to attend. If there is not a date that best suits your club, Australian Cricket will be launching a PlayHQ Webinar Calendar in May which will include an online version of the workshop.
Please note - Registration links will close 1 week prior to the session date. Further information will be emailed to registered participants the week prior to the scheduled workshop, including a PlayHQ log in and details for setting up your clubs financial details.

PlayHQ Webinar Calendar
Whilst the transition to PlayHQ is exciting, we're aware it is also a big change for cricket. In collaboration with SACA, Australian Cricket have developed a large range of onboarding webinars and support articles to make this move as smooth as possible for administrators.
Following on from your attendance at a SACA PlayHQ workshop, we encourage you to register your attendance at the stream of onboarding webinars relevant to you and your club/association.
