Diversity and Inclusion
SACA Development Academy
The SACA Development Academy was established to support and grown the base of SA’s representative teams for the Aboriginal State teams and the Inclusion State teams, where teams have access to skill development as well as personal development.
The SACA Development Academy aims to broaden the number of players within the Diversity and Inclusion Team network, while nurturing cricketing ability and personal development.
The South Australian Aboriginal Cricket Teams and Inclusion Teams have access to state-of-the-art training facilities at Adelaide Oval during their preparation for their respective championships.
Currently housed within the SACA Development Academy are:
- Cricketers with an Intellectual Disability
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing Cricketers – Male
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing Cricketers – Female
- Blind and Vision Impaired Cricketers
- Aboriginal Women’s Team
- Aboriginal Men’s Team
- U18 Development Teams
