Upgraded to a full contract at the beginning of the year, Tom Cooper finished the season as the team’s leading run-scorer.
He conjured two centuries, with his first featuring in a 198-run partnership with Alex Carey in the 10 wicket defeat of Western Australia.
Cooper also scored the winning runs against the Queensland Bulls with an impressive final day century at Adelaide Oval, sparking South Australia’s charge to the final.
