Membership of the South Australian Cricket Association allows you to enter the ground and members enclosure for all International and Domestic cricket matches, including Test matches, One Day International matches, KFC Twenty20 International, Sheffield Shield, Ryobi Cup, KFC Twenty20 Big Bash League and all finals.

Other priviliges of being a SACA Member include:

• The option to purchase a transferable associate card for others to use
• The opportunity to bring in up to five guests for selected match days
• Access to member only dining and catering facilities
• The opportunity to attend special member events at the Adelaide Oval
• Access to interstate association grounds via reciprocal privileges
• Nomination and voting rights for the SACA Board elections and voting at the SACA Annual General Meeting

To apply for membership

To become a member of the South Australian Cricket Association at Adelaide Oval, one of the most prestigious and beautiful Test Cricket grounds in the world, you must register to join the waitlist by completing the online application below.

The SACA Board of Management determines the number of people offered membership in August of each year and the number varies from year to year. We are therefore unable to precisely determine the length of time you will be required to wait before you are offered membership of the Association, but current estimates are between 0-3 years.

An application for the membership waitlist may be lodged at any time irrespective of the age of the applicant. No applicant shall be offered membership until he/she has reached the top of the waitlist and is at least 10 years of age (on or before 31 August). Applicants aged 10- 14 years that choose not to accept the offer of membership will automatically be added back on the waitlist and the applicant will be re-offered again at the age of 15.

What happens once I've lodged my application form?

You will be forwarded a letter acknowledging your application within a few days. If you have an email address, you will receive periodic email updates about the SACA.

How long is the wait for membership?

The wait is determined by the number of membership offers made each year, but it is currently up to three years wait.

How often is membership offered?

Once a year in August (at the SACA Board's discretion).

Is there a waitlist joining fee?

Yes, a once off $40.00 joining fee applies to all waitlist applications.

Are there any ongoing wait list fees?

No, there are no other fees due until your name reaches the top of the waiting list and you are offered membership.

How do I know that my name has reached the top of the list?

SACA will contact you by post in August if you are to receive a letter of offer for the upcoming season.

What fees are applicable on joining?

A once-off entrance fee (currently $299) and the annual subscription (currently $300 adults and $200 juniors). Note- juniors are not required to pay the entrance fee.
