Member obligations
Cricket needs boundaries – on and off the field.
SACA’s membership in the 21st Century is as diverse as our society. Our 20,000 Members range in age from 10 to 100 (not out!).
On match days some make a point of watching every ball while others take the opportunity to catch up with family and friends.
To encourage mutual respect and consideration, particular standards of dress and behaviour apply in the Members’ Enclosure. In recent years, some Members and their guests have chosen to ignore these to the distress of those around them.
SACA’s Board and Management will enforce these standards on your behalf.

Cricket Etiquette
Please remember to show consideration to others by limiting movement in seating areas during play. It’s particularly important to remain seated during an over. Standing or sitting in aisles or on stairways is not permitted due to safety regulations
The use of mobile telephones can be distracting and potentially offensive to Members around you. Please be discreet and considerate of others and limit use to the bare minimum whilst seated in stands during play.
